At Clover Needlecraft, Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all needles, notions, and tools are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of your package and ship it to our California distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
